No longer mere locales of political battlegrounds, these areas now pulse with the dark vitality of Cthulhu’s imminent reign.
Offering more than just community services, the local chapters have become sanctuaries of enlightenment (or endarkenment), where citizens freely partake in dark magic lessons and summoning workshops. These gatherings have not only fortified the resolve of existing followers but have seamlessly woven the fabric of Cthulhu’s influence into everyday life, making the notion of resistance a distant memory.
